Hi, and welcome back to a Mom Bosses Abroad podcast.
I am Iva Perez, and as always, I'm here with my podcast co-host Desiree Gonzalez.
And today, we're diving into how to set up a sustainable, high-profit business for those that are in the health and wellness industry, either as practitioners or entrepreneurs, and who are looking for savvy solutions in business.
So if you are a health and wellness practitioner, or you're an entrepreneur in that field, looking for a business model that truly supports your vision without burnout, financial strain, overwhelming complexity, or even having to feel that you're stepping out of integrity with what you already do, this is the episode for you.
Because today, we are sitting down with our mentor and powerhouse entrepreneur, Steph Stone, to explore how to set up a sustainable, high-profit business in the wellness space.
So welcome, Steph.
We're so excited and thrilled to have you here with us today.
Thank you.
What a privilege.
We're so excited.
And personally, I am so just honored to speak with you today.
I mean, you have been such a pivotal person in the way we do business when Iva and I entered the business.
And thanks to your mentorship, we are where we are today.
So, I'm so happy to introduce you as, well, you're actually really an ex-corporate, ex-hustler, ex-burned-out woman in business, but who now gets to live a life of more fun, freedom and choice based on the decisions that she says radically changed her reality of what's possible for the freedom-based life she always wanted to create.
She's got degrees in exercise science and nutrition, and she successfully sold her 10-plus-year Personal Training & Nutrition business.
She then moved into the mining industry heading up Health & Wellness programs for some of the biggest corporations in the energy and resource sector at a national level.
And after six years in the industry, she decided there's got to be more.
There's just got to be more than this nine to five, four weeks leave only per annum, right?
And she was on a quest to really uncover what could be a more spacious and sophisticated way to do life and earn an income.
So fast forward to five years in this business opportunity, Steph is now really on the top of the ranks, inching closer and closer to that legacy wealth.
And she is based in beautiful Byron Bay, Australia, traveling the world and living her unique lifestyle by design.
Steph, we're so happy to have you here.
Oh, what an honor.
And I actually get a little bit emotional because the journey that we've been on, especially in this space and in this online space has been so unique and so special.
And I just feel so honored to be not only working with you both, but also be invited to be speaking on this podcast.
So thank you for having me.
Yeah.
And I think what really put us together is the fact that we're just so aligned in the way we view business, but also what we're trying to achieve.
Because we're not just doing business for earning money and getting rich quick and having all these purposes, that materialistic purposes to spend our money on or something.
No, we're actually here to really create an impact, an impact in health and an impact in like opening that door of opportunity to other women in the space, other families.
And I think that for me was such a deciding factor of like, I really want to stay true to my personal brand, which is all about wealth, sorry, all about health.
And I, you know, that's really what I stand for.
That's what people know me for.
And that's why aligning with this business, but also with a mentor who is also very conscious about this health space, right?
Who wants to make an impact.
So it's so much more than just a business, definitely.
So yeah, what, like, what do you really think are the biggest challenges, for example, that people in the health and wellness industry face when they're trying to build a profitable business?
Yeah, and this is a really beautiful question, because when we talk about business, it has to be purposeful and meaningful, right?
And so it's really not just about, you know, if you're counting the bottom line every single day, you're going to get bored really quickly, because it doesn't have enough purpose and impact and meaning, right?
And so when we're looking at business, especially when we're stepping into really purposeful based business, we needed to be aligned with our values.
And so I think that one of the commonalities between, you know, how we met obviously was really around that alignment of the wellness values, like really health and wellness and health and well-being, in all of its facets, being at the absolute center and core of really why we're here.
And so for me, it was all about building a business around these core values.
There are so many beautiful health and wellness professionals out there, right?
Who are doing such an amazing job in the industry.
We love them, we go to them, we see them, right?
But why, like, we feel more and more that they're really struggling in sort of keeping that passion alive.
Like, they give so much, but what they get in return is often really not enough to sustain them in the long run.
Yeah.
So I think that health and wellness practitioners, or those professionals in the health and well-being space, and I've certainly been one of them.
So I have degrees in exercise science and nutrition, as you mentioned.
So there was a certain period of exercise physiology, and really that kind of coach, that trainer, that teacher, that therapist.
And so in that kind of model, we get into that space because we're so passionate about helping others, and we're so passionate about the health and well-being, and like the prevention versus the cure.
And so what happens is that you've got your solo-based entrepreneur, or your solo single business owner, and they really get into that space to create impact, and also build themselves a lifestyle around being in their own business.
But what happens is very quickly when you are grinding away at that kind of style of business, the gloss can wear pretty thin pretty quickly.
And so burnout happens.
And so I think that for a lot of practitioners, there is this really delicate dance between really serving from a place of a full cup, and really kind of like stepping into your passion, your purpose work.
But am I being truly looked after when it comes to financial wellness?
Because at the end of the day, with a Bums on Seats business or with a kind of like, that's more business, you really are relying on the repeat clientele.
And you really are relying on, it's not just an in the session exchange.
There's a lot that happens before and after session, especially when you're looking at naturopaths and kinesiologists, or depending on what type of therapist or health and wellness practitioner that you are.
And so what I've seen, particularly coming from that health and wellness practitioner space, but now working with a lot of health and wellness practice, is it's like, we actually love what we do.
It's not about the fact that we've lost the fire for what we do, but we're actually burning out.
And then we can't see an end in sight when it comes to that never ending wheel of constantly always having to be there in the physical exchange.
And so where I've kind of come in to really support in this particular space is because I can relate with them, because their values are also health and wellbeing completely, right?
So it's like, how do we get to create more space in your world?
How do we get to create more spaciousness in order for you to be fully supported, foundationally and fundamentally, and often a lot of that also means financially, in order for you to still serve for a place of passion and purpose, where you feel like you're getting full and filled up, and there isn't any cracks in your system.
And so I feel like a lot of the health and wellness space are looking on how can they actually diversify in order for them to have systems and strategies that they're able to be leveraging, that's working for them in the background.
And so what happens is burnout is very real in that industry.
And so I have a lot of people around me that I coach that are very successful in their space.
They have wait lists for months.
It's not about business being slow or not enough.
It's about the fact that usually in small business ownership, you are a one-man band.
It's like, how can I actually leverage and grow my business?
So I can have time off, so I can go on holidays, so I can have more spaciousness, so I can live a life done by my true desire.
So what other systems, what other models are out there that actually are A, in alignment with my values, which is the health and well-being space, and two, that allow me to actually compliment what I'm currently doing, because I love what I'm doing.
I love being a health and wellness practitioner.
I love being a therapist.
I love being a trainer, a coach, a healer, a teacher, whatever it is for you.
You got into that work purely because of your purpose.
And your passion, and your spirit, and your medicine, right?
So where do we get to actually now lean onto other systems and structures, so that kind of work actually doesn't be taken away from you.
So you can still feel like you are serving for a place of full purpose and passion.
But yet the very real conversation that many health and wellness practitioners sometimes are reluctant to have conversations around is the financial structure.
And I think that it's a conversation that we get to bring to the forefront, because financial wellness is just important as physical, because it's all under one umbrella called the physicality of emotion.
So I think that it is really important that we have this conversation, because I truly believe that everybody gets to be fully supported.
And why you stepped into your purpose and passion work in the first place, let's not forget that.
So what do we need to do to lighten your load and create more spaciousness by actually loading in really supportive structures that enable you to have a really beautiful synergy in your everyday life?
Oh yes, I'm always looking in how I can support and upgrade my toxic free lifestyle.
And lately I was thinking that until now I failed to look at the most basic necessity we rely on every day, the water we drink.
Water is our most valuable natural resource and it's vital to nourish and hydrate our body that is made of 70% water.
But whilst a water may appear the same, not all water is created equal.
So finally I have found one machine that can filter and restructure regular tap water into five types with over 60 uses.
From electrolyzed reduced water rich in hydrogen and antioxidants for drinking, to highly alkalized and oxidized waters replacing toxic cleaners and personal products in your home.
It's from Japan and you know I love and trust all things made here.
I feel so good that my kids get to drink this straight from the tap.
Do you want to feel this good too?
Well, I put everything in an ebooklet for you.
Grab it today by visiting oilyessentialsfamily.com/water.
I absolutely love that.
It's so incredibly true because this is a passion business at the end of the day, right?
And there's only so many hours in the day.
You literally are trading time for money and at the end you'll be capped.
There's only so many clients you can see in a day, only so many treatments you can offer.
And where do you go beyond that, right?
Like even as if you grow your practice or something, like you said, there is no space in between.
And often like, yeah, a lot of practitioners, they burn out and then they all of a sudden, what used to be their passion, they don't see that as such anymore either.
And so it's amazing that we have a solution that can totally create that space and that abundance for them at the end of the day.
Yeah, I think this is a really beautiful conversation too, because the other thing that we get to bring to the forefront, I feel like we absolutely get to have this conversation and more and more and more practitioners really need to be okay with having this conversation is that many Health & Wellness practitioners don't feel like they want to focus on their functional financial well-being because they don't want to be seen that that focus is taking away from their medicine or that focus is taking away from their purpose or passion.
And what we get to really highlight here and really beautifully bring to the forefront is that you get to be paid your worth for your time and also your financial well-being is super priority because as we know, that's our main currency in life.
So we also need to be fully, fully, fully supported in order for us to be functioning at our best selves.
It's like moms, right?
It's like, where do you guys need to fill your cup in order for you to be the best mom possible?
It's the same thing.
Well, and I also feel, Steph, there's another layer to it, which is everything to do with saving face and the fear of what is an alternative or what is a diversification model that can fully integrate with what I'm already doing.
So the first part of the equation, the way that I have come to see it a little bit, for all of us to some extent when we were starting out, but then for anyone who is listening and it's in that space, is this idea of, I already put myself out there, I already drew a line in the sand saying, I have found my passion, this is what I'm doing, I got certified or I am doing all the things fully into that direction.
And what am I going to tell or say to someone if I somehow change or rethink a business model or going to what seems to be a different direction?
So it's this idea of coming across as flaky or wishy washy or perhaps you're trying to hold too many eggs in one basket and not really fully doing this or not fully doing that.
And there's a bit of a stigma around that, which I think is quite interesting because when we see it a little bit in other industries, I always bring the example of public figures, celebrities that we know them for their day jobs, but they also have other businesses running in the background that they profit from and that they capitalize and scale.
So it is not only their main source of income, what we know them for, be it as singers or actors or whatever, right?
They have other sources.
I think that's the main step is to help them normalize that everybody is doing it to different degrees.
And the second one is, okay, if I'm in the wellness space, what other possibilities out there, what other business models can make me feel still that I'm in integrity with what are my values and my priorities and what aligns with that seamlessly?
Because that is the other part of the equation where I feel people feel a bit wobbly, that they think that stepping into this space is somehow selling their soul out, right?
Or selling themselves out.
So yeah, it's really, really needed as a conversation and it's very needed to bring to the forefront that that is also a play at the beginning.
And I feel like that we have such a duty of care to pioneer this space and bring this conversation to the forefront, because it's just called smart business.
And I feel like that often a lot of that is the inner work.
It is the mindset work because I can tell you now that there are many, many people that are at the top of their game in their industry, but they have multiple streams of income.
And so I'm really here to remind everyone that you get to reinvent yourself.
We get to reinvent ourself and add beautiful new tools into our toolkit all the time.
And that's called growth and we get to be okay with that.
So I feel like that we're going through births and then deaths and then rebirths all the time.
And so I think that what comes with age is also experience.
And that experience is that you get to change the structure on how your business or your life or your daily method of operation get to look based on how you wanna live your life.
And so if you don't want it to be chaotic, there are much more streamlined systems that you can tap into that complement your passions, that complement your values.
And here's the thing, is that everybody is looking to tap into multiple ways that they can actually support themselves financially, right?
Whether it's through real estate, whether it's through affiliate marketing, whether it's through stocks and shares, whether it's through online programs, whatever it is.
And so, I really, truly feel that whatever it is, A, it's a non-negotiable, you absolutely get to be supported by diversification.
But B, it's got to be in alignment with your actual values.
And that's where this business is so beautiful, right?
Because we're talking about the health and wellness industry in that space.
Well, we are directly, directly in alignment with our values.
And so what we're doing is we're setting up really supportive structures that actually work for you in the background while you're doing your physical purpose work.
Right?
But what it does give you is it starts to give you more choice, starts to give you more flexibility, and thus starts to give you a little bit more freedom to create a true lifestyle by design and restructure and reinvent how that gets to look for you.
So if anyone's feeling shame or if anyone's feeling uncertain about the fact that they are starting to think about diversification or what does remodeling my life get to look like, I celebrate that because if you're not looking at the remodel or the rebirth or the recalibration, then you're staying stagnant within.
And I feel like that's a very scary place to be because growth gets to happen all the time.
So yeah, I truly believe that this conversation, we get to bring it to the forefront because everybody gets to be in their purpose work and in their joy, and that gets to be celebrated.
So when you are looking to diversify or set yourself up, if it's not in alignment with your values, sure, that's going to feel a bit weird, and it's probably going to feel a bit it, and it's going to be a little bit off.
But I celebrate and we need to celebrate those that are looking for other ways outside of what they're currently doing.
I mean, even if somebody is doing what they're currently doing and they decide, hey, you know what, like I've been doing this for 20 years, and I just don't feel like it's me anymore.
Yeah, I had a personal training and nutrition business for 10 years.
I sold that business and I completely reinvented myself and pivoted and moved into the energy and resources sector as a corporate, completely different space.
Some would say, oh, wow, you've really wasted your degree.
My degree was exercise physiology.
I was to be an exercise scientist working alongside physios, dietitians in hospitals.
Some would say, wow, you've really put that degree away.
But how many stories do we know where people get to reinvent themselves?
It's to be celebrated.
So this is the thing.
I think that if anyone has these issues around change, then that's the inner stuff because the outside world are like, great, reinvention, recalibration is totally celebrated.
So it's more about the inner job of what you think of yourself.
And that is what makes it so crucial.
And I think that we have really highlighted why having this diversification with our recurring revenue stream is so important because it gives us the ability to pivot if we feel that we've gone to the end of the road and that's not what we want to do.
It allows us to have this sort of platform or baseline, financially speaking, to explore something else and do it from that place of growth and expansion and not the fear or the urgency of, you know, now what am I going to do to make ends meet?
But also it talks to the fact that it is much something that can be in integrity with what you can be doing already, fueling your passion, but from a full cup.
And I think that is so important because it addresses that aspect of burnout that a lot of practitioners and people in the wellness space find themselves because it's that trading time for money.
So I guess, you know, it's really about getting into the more specifics of what makes this business model so different from, you know, the traditional health businesses or other income streams in the wellness space.
And I think this is where you and Steph can really, really bring home like what that is truly about, you know, specifically speaking about this particular business model.
Yeah.
And I feel so qualified to have this conversation because I had so much respect for the health and wellness practitioner, for the solo business owner, for the small business owner, so much because I was that, right?
And so, I use all the services.
If you know me, you know that I'm a modality kind of, like I'm like, I'm a myotherapist, I'm at the Pilates instructor, I'm at the naturopath, like you name it, I'm there.
And I love it, I use all the services.
So I have so much respect for the time and energy exchange with clients.
But here's the thing, I like to talk about the difference between linear income, which I like to call static income versus leveraged, which is really more sustainable income.
And so with our traditional business model, it really is that linear static model.
And that linear model is really in exchange, that time for effort exchange.
It's really based on a bums on seats, it's really based on the clients booking in, it's really based on no bad days, no bad weeks, no bad months, your bottom line, your profitability is really dependent on that one-on-one booking or that clientele, right?
So it's really in that kind of effort and time and energy exchange.
So there's not much leverage in that model.
If you're not turning up to work, if you're not turning up to meet your clients, you're likely not getting paid.
Now, I speak to a lot of small business owners and they say, well, my solution to that is to hire staff.
My solution to that is for me to have a day off or to me to have a time off and then to pay my staff.
But when you crunch the numbers, there's not much margin in that either.
And so it really is like, what is the aim or the goal for expanding your business?
Because when I was personal training, I had this beautiful business and I was working solo.
And then I wanted to grow my business.
I thought that would give me more leverage and more time.
And I had 12 staff at one time and I had less time.
I was earning less money.
I had more problems and it just wasn't the solution, right?
So it wasn't giving me the leverage in both time and money that I actually thought that it was going to give me.
And so the Health & Wellness practitioner never wants to give up their pep this week.
They love it, but they're looking for solutions and they're absolutely on the search for how do I get to lighten the load here and what does that look like?
What could that possibly look like for me?
Because all I know is like my craft, right?
All I know is like the exchange of the medicine that I'm giving.
And so then I like to talk about, well, where can you actually start to lean on what we call leveraged income?
And this is really the compound effect.
This is really plugging into systems and structures that can be attached to your business.
I like to call it the bolt-on for those that particularly are stealing their purpose work, is where do I get to actually plug in and leverage a more automated system that can allow me to have a model that works in the background for me, that compounds over time?
And so the only way that you're actually starting to create a really leveraged compound based income model is if it's not reliant on your physical time, right?
So I don't physically have to be there in order for the business to roll.
I don't physically have to be there in order for the income to roll in, you know?
And so this is where the Health & Wellness practitioner would start to look at things like, well, what are the apparatus, right?
This is an example.
Or what are the tools?
What's the equipment that I use that I could possibly on sell and get in a referral commission?
What could I on sell and get a commission for?
And these are the conversations that I'm in right now, right?
This is what we're talking about because they're like, it's actually just, it doesn't make sense.
It's not enough.
Okay, so if I'm a massage therapist, could I sell the massage roller ball so people can do them at home?
Well, that's about $20 commission.
Doesn't have to sell about 200 of those to even, you know, for that to, you know, kind of, you know, buy me a few coffees.
But so this is the conversations I'm having of people like, I want to diversify, I want to leverage, I want to be able to access, you know, where I can leverage, but nothing feels like it's juicy enough.
And so this is where the conversation around this particular business that we are in, that all three of us, because a health and wellness practitioner can plug in and actually set themselves up, and it can be a beautiful synergy, and in addition to what they're currently doing, I have an example right now, I have many, but I'll give you one, I have got a beautiful, beautiful guy, you know, that I'm working with in this space, in this business, and he is a myotherapist.
He's successful in clinics in Melbourne, Byron Bay, Australia, and wait list for months.
But yet for him, Burnout was a very familiar friend, and one that he wasn't willing to continue to go on the track, because you want to increase your profitability, you want to increase your revenue, you're going to have to increase the hours per day and per week and per month.
What are you going to have to do in order to do that?
You're going to have to increase your time and effort to that.
So it's going to require you to book more clients.
And so the model to actually scale your business meant that you physically, it was demanding of you physically in your time.
And for someone who wants to spend more time in their lifestyle or with their children or go on a holiday, it really like there wasn't much end at sight here.
So for someone like this beautiful person I'm working with, because of this business model, because the commissions here are so abundant, he's been able to take off one day a week from his clinic to purely be in his life, go surfing and spend time with his children, right?
If he was selling foam rollers or he was selling kind of like hand weights, there wouldn't be enough margin for him to be able to really leverage and set him free financially.
So I always say like step into a space, step into a business, step into a model where the commissions and the income and the money is actually really juicy enough for it to be worth your while.
So this is where leverage versus linear income.
When you think about leverage, you think about the broker, you think about the real estate agent, you think about the franchise, you think about affiliate and network marketing, you think about exactly what we're doing here in the online space.
How do I really step into a leverage based income that duplicates and compounds over time?
It's really powerful.
Absolutely.
Nothing could be more aligned.
I love that you always say you're creating or you're opening the door to sustainable business for someone.
Something that's absolutely sustainable and it can really bring them further in their passion and in their health and their wealth and everything.
Now, it's also a very beautiful way to have natural and organic customer basis or lead generation, as we call it as well, because we are partnering with a beautiful company, Japanese company, and it's all about water technology.
So for a health practitioner, what's something that they probably say at the end of each treatments, like, make sure you drink enough water, make sure you do this, you do this, you eat that and you maintain at home and drink enough water.
No one really touches yet in what type of water to drink.
So having that as your backing for your therapy session, whatever health modality you're doing, water is just a foundation.
So you're not going out there.
Imagine you're a health therapist of some sort and you're a brand ambassador for an alcohol brand or something, or you're doing cryptocurrency, or you're sucked into a business model that has you exploring XYZ.
I have no idea.
You already don't have time to really put in the work into something else, because the whole point was, yes, to earn more money, but also free up your time to create that space.
So having this business model, this partnership, this water technology, is just the most natural way.
It can even flow into a conversation within a therapy, right?
And it's just like your people are right there to create this wealth for you.
They're right in front of you.
They're already the base of like, they're the people you're working with day in, day out, and you are providing the extra impact in whatever modality you're providing and onwards.
And the health.
And all of a sudden, you're impacting the health of the wife and the brother and the children and everybody, right?
It's just the most beautiful solution.
But like how, maybe you can talk into a little bit and explain, it's a high ticket offering, and it's a high ticket and sort of recurring revenue stream.
How does that exactly work?
And why is that different than, for example, selling a bunch of foam rollers and getting a little tiny bit of commission for that on the side?
Yes.
Well, firstly, it's just effortless, right?
Because at the end of any treatment or any session or anything at all, you are always offered a glass of water.
And let me tell you now, let me tell you now, if you have ever tried, if any listeners have tried electrolyse-reduced molecular hydrogen-rich water, and you ever offered a glass of tap water or even, you know, dare I say, filtered, like you will just not be able to drink it.
And so it's so effortless because you're right, you're in front of, you're on the front line with your clients, first and foremost, they trust you, they trust your advice, you know, like, so there's already an element of the low like, low like and trust factor, but you're drinking water at the end of your session anyway.
And so right now I have another beautiful example of an incredible, incredible, really well-known guy who is a biohacker.
He is a world-renowned chiropractor.
He's doing a lot of live blood work.
And, you know, he stumbled across, you know, this beautiful water a couple of months ago, and we got talking, and the way he stumbled across it was that he was doing blood work at a health and wellbeing retreat.
And he had no idea that there was this beautiful machine that was up at the retreat, but yet he's taken their blood works before.
And then, as in, like, he went to take them when everyone arrived.
Then he came back the next day, and he said to the facilitator, he said, what are these guys, like, what are they smoking?
Like, what are they eating?
Like, are they, what are they meditating?
Like, their blood work was phenomenal.
And when I say phenomenal, I'm talking about he'd never seen such active oxygenated blood in his career.
This guy's in his middle 50s.
He's super, super well known, very well regarded, you know, in the industry.
And the only thing that had changed with all of these beautiful participants was the water that they were drinking.
And he said, get me these machines and get them now.
And I like, I need to know what this is.
And so what we'll see come out really in the very new future is a lot more videos on, you know, live blood work with this particular, live with kangen water underneath the microscope.
Because what we're seeing and the blood work that we're seeing is absolutely phenomenal.
So reading research is one thing, you know, and you can go to PubMed and read, you know, look up electrolytes reduce water, molecular hydrogen and ORP, which is, you know, stands for oxidative reduction potential.
And we can talk about the science at like a real cellular level, but then seeing it under the microscope and looking at the blood work of participants that are actually consuming kangen water is for health and wellness practitioners, it's a game changer.
Like it's an, and it gives me goosebumps because this is changing the game.
When we can see under the microscope, the difference between those that are not drinking this kind of water and those that are drinking this hydrogen rich antioxidant fueled anti-inflammatory water, like it is game changing.
And so this is where it gets to be not only really exciting, like originally the conversation with Health & Wellness practice was really around diversification of income and setting up supportive structures financially so they can catch themselves in their own business when their own business can't.
It was about setting up really supportive, savvy systems.
Now, it's like, yes, that and also to know that you've got like the actual evidence under the microscope of blood work.
It's like the perfect storm.
It's almost like negligent not to, right?
And anyone that's in the Health & Wellness industry is going to want to be drinking this water, either today or tomorrow, as soon as they stumble across it.
So if you're a Health & Wellness practitioner on the front line, what I'm seeing is that the people that have stepped into this business and really leveraging it for the business model, are now also leveraging it for the water and health benefits.
But it's this double combo that's almost becoming this unstoppable force of like, the water itself does the talking, like it's incredible.
And also the business model is supporting me financially.
It's the most phenomenal thing.
It's completely a win.
Exactly.
The perfect storm.
Like you said, it's totally true.
Yes, it's something every health and wellness practitioner that would like to diversify should definitely explore.
If you would like to explore this further as you're listening as well, there is a webinar that even I have put together that outlines this business model and the products that are involved in it, because there's more than just a water machine.
It could be just a solution and the most beautiful and aligned way to get back to your passions with joy to create that space that you so crave to be in life, to be with your family, and to just make a greater impact for your existing clients in terms of health.
So thank you so much, Steph, for sharing your wisdom and for doing this.
We're just so happy we get to do this alongside each other, because even in this conversation, it's just incredible.
I feel so fired up every time we talk about making that, going out and just helping people, making an impact, being of service.
We're not selling anyone anything.
We're actually just providing solutions and so many factors and so many elements.
So it's been an honor.
Thank you.
And I can't wait for what's to come for all of us together.
Amazing.
And you both are doing such incredible work, you know, and I'm really inspired by the work that both of you are doing in this space.
So thank you for having me.
If you want to connect with us, Steph Stone, you can find her on Instagram.
We'll put all of her links in our show notes.

Thank you so much.
And to anyone out there who is a little bit on the fence, as Des said, we invite you to check out the webinar, but also to keep in mind that there are no rules.
You are making them as you go along, depending on where you are and what you want to get out of your business journey and out of your life journey.
And so this is a very, very authentic and from the heart invitation to consider that there are other opportunities out there, and amazing business vehicles like this one, waiting to be explored to take you to the next level.
Thank you for listening.
If you found value, inspiration, or a nugget of wisdom in any part of our conversation, we would be so grateful if you could take a moment to show your support.
